Consumption :
The rentor, or,
if absent, one of the occupants, will read the kitchen electric meter (full and off-peak hours), each last month during the vacation time.
A reading will be done when entering and when leaving, to apply a prorata temporis.
Off-peak hours :
This is the consumption made beetween 1h00 PM and 4h00 PM and beetween 2h et 7h AM.
The switch is automaticaly made by E.D.F.
Tarifs :
Le coût est
celui pratiqué par E.D.F., à savoir, au : 01/01/2009 ,
Off-peak hours :
0,0517 €. (H.T.), soit : 0,068 €. (T.T.C.)
Full hours :
0,0848 €. (H.T.), soit : 0,111 €. (T.T.C.)
Taxes are 12% on 80% of the consumption, plus the TVA of 19,6% on the total (consumption and taxes).
These tarifs will be eventually modified according with the tarification of E.D.F.
Payment :
It will be done monthly
, with the rent payment, the total amount being divided by the number of occupant(s) and corresponding to the previous month. For the latest month
(june), it will be paid, at departure, the consumption of this month besides month of may.
Line rental is integraly paid by the rentor.
